Refund policy

1. Scope

This website does not process payments. Refunds apply to fees paid under invoices issued by Collabapiconnect for courses, Equity Studio packs, and Counsel Circle retainers, subject to the conditions below and any written agreement.

2. Eligibility timeframe

For self-paced course access (Pay Gap Briefing), you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if fewer than two modules have been unlocked or downloaded. After two modules are accessed, course fees are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

3. Full and partial refunds

Equity Studio packs: full refund if cancelled in writing at least 10 business days before the first facilitated workshop and before course seats are activated. Cancellations inside 10 business days may receive a partial refund of 50% of the pack fee if no workshop has started; after a workshop begins, remaining fees are non-refundable.

Counsel Circle: monthly fees already invoiced for a commenced month are non-refundable. You may cancel future months with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom on-site travel costs already incurred, third-party venue fees, and completed one-off workshops are non-refundable. Downloadable templates released under a completed engagement remain licensed but are not grounds for reclaiming fees.

5. Refund process

Email info@collabapiconnect.digital with your invoice number, product name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the paying entity. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.

7. Cancellation by Collabapiconnect

If we cancel a facilitated session, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund of the unused facilitated portion.

8. Exceptions

Statutory rights for consumers in Germany remain unaffected. Where a mandatory cooling-off period applies to distance contracts, those rules prevail over this policy.
