2. Data we collect
We may process identity and contact data you submit through forms (name, email, optional topic, message content), technical logs necessary to operate the site (IP address, browser type, timestamps), and cookie preference choices stored locally in your browser.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients). Essential technical processing relies on Art. 6(1)(f). Optional analytics cookies run only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Retention
Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing client relationship or legal claims. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Consent records for cookies are kept for the duration of the choice plus up to 12 months for evidence of compliance.
5. Recipients
Hosting and email infrastructure providers acting as processors may receive data under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
